Terms of Service

These terms apply when you buy or use MeowLink, the app for iPhone, Apple Watch and Android sold by CHAN JING SIONG (202603295414 (JR0197672-X)), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia ("we", "us"). By signing up or using the app you agree to them.

1. The app

MeowLink lets you view your car's status and send remote commands through the connected-car service that came with your car. You need a car with that service and an active car account in your own name, or one you are allowed to use.

2. Independent app

MeowLink is an independent app. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by any car maker or its connected-car service providers. Those providers run the service the app connects to, and they may change or stop it at any time. If they do, some or all features may stop working.

3. Buying a licence

Prices are shown on our website in Malaysian Ringgit and are paid once. After we confirm your payment you get a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use MeowLink on your own devices for the plan you chose. Do not share your install link, download link or invite code.

4. Using the app safely

Remote commands such as unlocking, starting the engine or opening the trunk act on a real car. Only send them when it is safe and legal to do so, and do not leave a running car unattended where local rules forbid it. Commands depend on mobile signal near the car and on the car service, so a command can be delayed or fail. Always check the car's status in the app.

5. Your account

You sign in with your own car account. Keep your phone locked and your car account details private. You are responsible for commands sent from your devices.

6. Updates

We release updates to fix problems and add features. On iPhone, updates arrive through TestFlight; each TestFlight build works for 90 days and we release a new one before it expires. On Android, updates arrive inside the app.

8. Limits of liability

We provide the app with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss caused by the car service being unavailable, by a command that was delayed or not carried out, or by use of the app against these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

9. Ending your licence

We may end a licence that is shared, resold or used to misuse the car service, after telling you why. You can stop using MeowLink at any time by deleting the app.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Questions: [email protected].
